Job Description:
- Communicating strategic priorities
- Driving and managing key initiatives
- Ensuring implementation of merchandising standards
- Developing systems to track and measure KPI execution
- Monitoring sales/POS progress against business plans
- Coaching Distributer Partner sales force in-classroom and in-field to produce execution excellence
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Outstanding sales experience and track record in Consumer Goods industry (Beverages Preferred), ideally 5+ years
- Distributor and Supplier experience preferred
- Ability to lead, manage and motivate distribution partners with experience, 3+ years
- University – Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
- Strong communicator and motivator
- Excellent negotiator and influencer
- Highly numerate and analytical
- Clear and proven ability to develop and implement successful sales and trade marketing strategies
- Strong knowledge of consumer marketing principles
- Successful track record in managing teams
- Excellent communication skills, including presentation and training ability
- Creative mind, outgoing personality and friendly
- Ability to take responsibility and work independently
- Experience with basic administrative programs such as Windows, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
